Training Programmes and Intensity - Pace OR HR?

Very useful thread on the concept 2 interactive programme (IP), and whether to train by pace or HR (and then HR Av or HR max).

Anyone following that plan should definitely read this, and anyone using the Pete Plan (PP) or the Wolverine Plan (WP) would be likely to benefit too.
