Blind 500m

Post by Thomas W-P »

After all my pathetic efforts (not getting within 50m of 500m) I tried doing 50 strokes today. I opened my eyes to find I had gone 530 odd metres  :( . This is blummin hard!

Thomas I managed a 489 on my 3rd try

I think the main thing is to row at a very confortable (and hopefully reliable) stroke rate, it doesn't need to be fast. Then fine tune it .
