This may well have been listed previously, and I apologies for following Blade Runner with it, but it tickled my funny bone yesterday when I chanced upon it:

In the scene quoted, B is looking through binoculars when A asks the question.

I though this would be solved straight away.

Further clue: B is looking out to sea in the scene in question.

Paul - have no idea as to what this is but given the clues - Life of Pi (there again I have not even seen this film!!!)

Thanks Paul, I've not seen the film but the clues helped. It's one of Plummy's favourite films I think

Just saw this film the other day on TV, the line is used a number of times in the film and is in the final scene:
