Name that Film

Very simple.
Put up a line from a film.
The person who guesses the film (sans Google or other engine) - gets to put up another line (which may be assisted by Google)
For example - an easy starter.
"I love the smell of napalm in the morning"
Score extra point for including associated trivia and remember that this is easier than rowing.

Apocalypse Now (Francis Ford Coppola directed & Martin Sheen had a heart attack during filming?)

Correct.
Like I said an easy opener.
Try to keep it clean (and preferably in English).

Another easy opener then...
"You're gonna need a bigger boat"

Jaws
Another easy one to keep things rolling:
Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world...

Following Paul's line of thought, is it maybe:
Close encounters of the third kind?

Hmmm - I thought this would be very easy but I guess the "they're easy when you know them" rule applies.
You are not right Rodger - but again, a good guess.

..was 1996 - go back 14 more years (not Sci-Fi)
