We just left Delphi, Greece, but the Oracle was not there, so I had to get the song on my own.

"Living Like a Refugee".

Close enough - "Refugee" by the late, great Tom Petty.

You're up , Peter.

I presume that's a reference to misheard lyrics for Tiny Dancer by Elton John?

No, not that, Peter. Not any song by The Eagles.

I'll post a clue in a day or so.

Not quite a day (maybe a quarter of a day?), but I'll post a clue as to the identity of the artists.

Long established British band, still going strong after a long career.

Paul, since reading this thread yesterday, my brain has been telling me, " You know this, you know this ...? " and I have been telling my brain, " I know that you know that I know this. " Apparently ... so thank you for the timely clue. :)

Sticking with Glen Campbell, I see! Gentle On My Mind.

Reminds me of the Blues Brothers - we do both kinds of music here, Country AND Western.

Lots of country/soft rock songs are classics!

Paul, I thought it might be devious rather than obvious, but it did not fool you.

If you try for a Glen Campbell trifecta, I will not give anyone a hint. :^o

Or perhaps something from the Blues Brothers?
