The World Cup Final

Who are you supporting?

I'm supporting France - I like their players more especially the likes of Henry and Zidane.
Italy are just too safe - not attack minded enough for me, and when they do they tend dive/cheat too much.

I am a cricket follower (a quite depressed one at the moment). I get interested in football once every two years and am amazed how quickly I lose interest in the championships when England get knocked out. Mind you, unlike the stereotypical Englishman I happily cheer on Scotland/Wales/N. Ireland in any event.

And anyway I got Croatia in the sweepstake. :-(

A long time! Hopefully enough for my team to conjur up some decent players after last season's abject performance.

It has to be Italy after ther match against the Germans. Best game of the Tournament won by the better team playing great attacking football. Not too much diving going on in that game.

1-1. My Scottish friend, come on Henry!

Gregor do you fancy posting an hours worth of music to row by. See if we have divergent or similar tastes.

Always a shame to see a game like that being decided on pens.
I was supporting France to bin with, then not so muc after Henry was taken off, ten even less after zidane lost his head. A sad way to end any career.

I'll start a new thread about music etc.
