I don't think Paul has made a secret of his being an apiarist. Or am I missing the joke?

A PhD colleague of mine used to keep bees. He used to convert some of the honey into mead - fascinating process.

I have both - honey and mead.
Also make candles from the wax.

Good year this year - about 400lb of honey from 5 hives.

I would sell it to you - but it costs more to post than the value of it!
Collect only I'm afraid.

Bring it to BIRC or the charity marathon. Market it as Free Spirits Honey. :D
