... go rollerskating. Went out yesterday for the first time in a very long time But I didn't fell I had the balance, but I lack on the flexibility, but I felt some of it came back again after 2 sessions (2 hours all in all) Training training, training!
2 of my stopping tecniques worked okay, but I need to practice if I am going faster. Apropos faster: I did 4 steps on the inliners and they just kept on rolling 50 meters or some without me doing anything (and without a sound ) Scary stuff!
First time in 30 years to .....!
