Where should the web site go - what should we do? Who has the time between rows?

If you mean grabbing the data in real time and updating the image each time it is displayed, er, no. But what do you mean? I can't envisage your old sig.
Yes, that's what I mean Thomas. They use the C2 training number to grab the data. The lifetime metres appeared at the end of the PB line and Season's metres at the end of the SB line. Unfortunately, I can't show it to you as the link is broken......again!

It jumps back to the first I did. I can see that you have done work on this because there are new thing there to use. What do I do wrong?
Are you ticking the box under the "Preview" button? There is no evidence of you writing to the database to save your results. Does the saved image under the preview ever change?

If you are, please use this URL and then PM me the green text at the bottom.

Show me a page that has your lifetime and season metres on concept2.com which has your C2 ID in the url and I will have a look, but I can't find one in a bit of casual looking. :(

I set the settings, then pressing the "preview button" to see the new sig, and it shows, then I tick the small box and then overwrite saved image! But it doesn't change!?

Please try the same test and post the text here. BOTH my test IDs work fine on two browsers, so I am a bit concerned. You are not touching the database at all :(

I have not been able to reproduce this Mikkel. I had a look at your footer too, and edited it to "work" but it looks weird again. I need to go to bed but please try again and if it does not work PM me the green text. Please don't post it here. I can't replicate a mac but I can't see how that will affect it.

I have replaced version 2 with a new version 4 that has better authentication and I took out some of the stuff earlier that may have caused your problem.

On the test page it's fine but on the topic page it's black

Presumably then, it's only visible on my system but my PM times block is just black on my screen - can't see the numbers but on the edit page it's perfect. I've copied and pasted the code line but that makes no difference. maybe it's a Mac thing though I'm running Bootcamp Windows for this.

Your previous "design" to this one had the cell fill and text as black. The latest one has the cell fill as white so it looks fine.

I am not sure why it would not work properly on a mac, because it is all server based, but if you'd chosen "light blue" as the cell fill then that might have slipped over to black because of something I changed in the background code. I thought that people would notice that there was a change to black and fix it and not mention it :) Not so many people are as diligent as you (THANK YOU) at pointing out problems. I think yours is fixed now though.

No, it was a code error. I am about to release version 0.5 which should fix this AND the problem that Mike has had with being unable to create his first image! More fields added too but still no ability to show and hide other than leaving out the PB.

Version 0.7 is out. This is the last version and from now it is bug fixing until I decide to do something else clever, probably in the Christmas holidays.

You can customise some values, and switch off values too whilst keeping them for your reference.

Yes, the power calcs were stuffed up and I have rolled back to 0.6. I also realised that the new custom fields would not pick up the old values that had been typed in :(

Now working on making every field on the left customisable.

Thank you. Glad it is working :) It has been an interesting half term project. And more fun (and warmer) than painting the gate. I'd love to get real time distance updates from concept 2 but that is beyond me. I have asked JL to serve up the data on a plate for me but I don't know when or if he will do that.

Yes I would like to add my thanks as well Thomas. The signature seems stable at the moment but I am about to add a sb for 2k so I will be able to see if updating it goes ok. Many thanks for your patience with my dumb questions and lack of understanding during our pms as well. :D

Ok, the update is not working. Although I can see the new 2k info at the bottom of the signature generator page after I have pressed the overwrite previous image button, the signature does not update. I have copied the url into the signature page.

I can see that I'm not the only one having trouble updating the sig. :!:

But: It's getting better :!: (partly from The Monty Python's Flying Circus)

PS: ..."I'm not dead yet"..."Shut up"!.. "I'm getting better"!

The only thing I can't get on the sig now, is to write something below. It won't update that. Everything else works fine. Great work Thomas! (tried today at 14:37) :D
