Members Search Facility

Where should the web site go - what should we do? Who has the time between rows?

Members Search Facility

Post by billwright »

The members search facility appears to be broken.

E.G. If you click on the Members tab the first page is okay starting with Thomas W.P. and you can search the posts of members on that page. Any other page returns an error message:

"Error 404 URL Not Found"

Is it just my PC?

I can't reproduce this error? Maybe it is my uber powers. Please could you give me exact steps?

Top of the page - click on 'Members'

First page of the Members list appears with Thomas WP at the top.

Click on any letter of the alphabet to search on other pages and:

"404 Not Found" message appears along with a text about the URL: "The requested URL was not found on this server."

It's been doing it for months now.

RIGHT. Interestingly if you click on the search function on that page the alphabet things work fine.

I will get on it.

The sorting procedure is clever enough for a search of page numbers to show lists of members but that is in order of joining Free Spirits so a little long winded.

Good luck with linking it up on the d/base.

Think that is fixed now. Operator error in one of the previous updates.

Not sure if it is new, but you can filter by the column names by clicking on them.
