March Madness

Post by Paul Victory »

"The Details

Choose from two levels of participation:
The Basic Challenge: Row or ski 5000 meters each day for 25 days or more in March.
The Advanced Challenge: Row or ski 10,000 meters each day for 25 days or more in March.

This is an individual challenge. You do not need to belong to a team to participate.

Meters must be entered online in your online logbook."

I've decided I'm going to give this challenge a try. I missed the first day, but I've done just over 10k both today and yesterday. Not sure I'll be able to keep it at 10k+ level all month, but I'm going to try to at least cover the basic challenge (shoulder permitting).

Who else is in?

Paul V
M 68 6'1" 124kg (May05), 92kg (Feb06), 122kg (Aug10), 95kg (Sep11), 117kg (Jun13), now 98kg

I'm with you Paul. Only 22 days to go  There's about 100 FS on the list who have started.

I missed today out because of a pain across my back (I think I lifted something wrong) but I'm well over 10k a day for the 1st and 2nd. I reckon I'll manage 25 days though. Most days I row more than 10k so I just have to make sure I don't have too many days off.
If I'd known I was going to live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself.
