An improvement is a kind of victory, Stan. Well done. =D> =D> =D> Personally I won't bother trying again. I have to row @1:41.3 and Odd have announced that he would do another try (and probably row faster.) So forget it.
Well done Alan =D> =D> =D>

Indeed, nice effort Other Alan.
I will post the final leaderboards on Monday, including Stan and Other Alan's latest efforts, and anyone else who submits between now and the deadline.

Re: WAARC - November 2012 - 12min
Big disappointment for me this month. The time I have was a placeholder (based on doing the CTC and this in one session, when not fully fit), so I felt I had a bit more left yet. And there's a large number of people covered by a small gap, with me in the middle, so any improvement would have meant places...
As it is, I got tonsilitis and then a bad cold, and when I had a go yesterday I struggled to get 3084m (but did weigh in at 78kg). Can't see me having much form back this side of the Christmas break either. Oh well!
Once again, thanks to Alan for running this.

Here are the final standings for the 12 minute challenge:
Well done to Mikkel for the highest actual distance, and to Odd for the highest adjusted distance. And many congratulations to Odd for taking overall honours. =D>
Well done to Jennifer for a clean sweep of honours - highest actual distance, highest adjusted distance, and most points. =D>
To everyone who took part in this Weight & Age Adjusted Challenge, thank you, and well done.
