Re: Blind Devil
Managed 664m on Friday in Alvor. I felt I should do an extra hard pull on the last stroke (don't ask me why - just what my instincts told me) but chickened out and only did a slightly harder than normal pull. Then today, I did a hard pull on the second last stroke and a really hard pull on the last one and ended up with 671m.

Re: Blind Devil
It seems today is a bad day to row... I can't get past about 3-4 minutes without feeling like I have a massive energy drain fighting the rowing. So I've been doing bits and pieces with a couple of minutes rest periods in between. 5k-ish, two 2.5k-ish, then, brilliant idea... I'll try the blind devil!
I tried this a couple of times a few weeks ago: 715 first attempt, then 589 second time. Couldn't even get it into the 600s!
Today's attempt I tried rowing at a faster clip as that seems easier to get closer to 10m per pull than a sub-20 SR.
654m, 25 SR, 190W.
I'm pleased with that a 67th pull would have been very close!

Re: Blind Devil
I didn't realise this thread was locked. I have kept using it as a warm up and I finally managed to hit the magic number today - 666m in 3:07.2.
