Paul, I am so sorry. I just couldn't fall asleep last night; still awake at 3AM. I slept through our start time!

No worries. There were 7 participants and I did the 5k in 19:24.7, around 35 seconds slower than the RowPro session we did two weeks ago. i hope you're feeling better now and that you get a good night's sleep tonight.cowboygrrl wrote:Paul, I am so sorry.
