Hi Barbara. I've been hinting at getting RP as my birthday is next month! So fingers crossed I maybe able to join you soon
I am no where near your times but being able to row whilst on holiday has certainly helped get some fitness.Your times are pretty impressive. A rest day today..... I don't fancy the 40 minute walk in this heat!!

Nice birthday wish -- it would be so great to see you out there, Michelle! These sessions are being scheduled with Christine, who is working her way back to the erg after her move, similar to what I had to do a couple years ago. The company helps, a lot.

And handling relative paces works out well, just depends what the goal is. Last month on the CTCs I thought it was cool that there were fast guys from the top of the CTC board doing their thing right along with total beginners. I'm one of the slowest rowers on the lunchtime sessions, but slow or fast, it's all getting meters & training done and I get to meet amazing people along the way.

Looking forward to next month! :)
