RP C2 challenge 2.5k

Post by stumpy »

As I need to get a time in for the 2.5k C2Challenge I was thinking of an attempt on Row Pro over the weekend Saturday being my day of choice. I was just wondering if anyone is up for this as a shared suffering will stop any HDs hopefully

Hi champ Joe put up a session on early Sunday evening so I signed up for that but I would prefer it midday GMT so happy to change it if that suits you.

Cheers Jason a bit of a problem as I have to do the CTC & the C2C, I need a recovery row today (still got DOMS) for the CTC tomorrow followed by a recovery on Saturday for an attempt on the C2c on Sunday, leaving a couple of days spare just in case I need to go again.

I will see if I can join you Colin, as I've never experienced a High Definition row before :)
