That is a little early for me this morning but I think I will try that distance a little later maybe around 1600 or 1630..No I did not do it....

Sub 40 for the first time since the cruise in early November - 39:30.3. Still clearing the lungs from the flu but definitely the best row in the last 3 weeks. Good crowd and no-one was too far ahead or behind so some decent concentration required - which helps distract you from the pain.
