I obviously won't be on Rowpro, but I need to challenge my own 5k, and so may opt to do it on the same day, albeit a few hours earlier. It may help to know that a few others will be doing it later, and that by commiting here, I won't be tempted to chicken out
53, 6'2" and trying to get back to 95kg post hip replacement. Looking back fondly on past achievements I've no chance of repeating

Tempting as I'm not certain I have ever had a really good go at 5K . But I think I will have to have my row for the day complete by 8am BST, so Dad's taxi can depart on time for the usual Saturday fares!

Thanks for the support Jason - Pleased with 14s reduction in PB.
Can't believe you can get under 17 with stiff legs.....
For some reason, my RowPro screen didn't clear at the start of the race. I had to upload my time from the logcard. Could you see me rowing?
Sorry everyone else, should have put this in a PM
