The good news: I'm two weeks into Model D ownership, and I have RowPro
the bad news: I've had a chest infection for two weeks, and I've hardly used my new pride and joy at all!
Any hints and tips to get on RowPro welcome. I'd be keen on a regular 30 minute session, 10Ks etc.
Look forward to racing some of you one day....

Bad luck with the chest infection Andrew. Hope it clears up soon.
Excellent news about RowPro. I'm sure that you'll really enjoy it.
As for 30' and 10k sessions, I'm pretty sure that those are the most common sessions. Those and 40 & 60'
All good

Re: Flatlander gets RowPro
If you don't see dates/times or distances you like set up your own, a lot of times people join at the last minute. Also post your rows here as many of us check the forum more often than Oarbits.
Once you have been on a while, you start to get to know who will show up at a particular time and you will find regular people to train with who go your speed.
A couple of things to keep in mind.....
If you set up timed rows everyone finishes at the same time which is nice when you are rowing with a widely varying group.
When you set up a set distance everyone finishes staggered and sometimes 10 minutes behind.....(usually that is me when I row anything over 6k with guys )
Lastly be careful it is addictive!!

That is good news about you getting Rowpro Andrew. There are always lots of 30min and 10k sessions available.
Just let us know what times you are available to row and i will definately try and join a few of your rows.
I will be posting some more early bird rows soon, but sometimes i do a 30min session on Monday at 20:00BST or as they call it on Rowpro.19:00GMT.
