Any interest in early mornings?

Post by Mat »

I've just downloaded Rowpro on an evaluation basis to see whether I would get any use from it.

I usually row from 6.15 - 7.00am GMT (slightly later at weekends), and just wondered whether there are any other FS daft enough to be up and rowing at that time (or simply in a time zone that makes this time more sane  )

I'd generally do reasonably fast pace 5 - 6k or 30min (free or r20) sessions during the week, with longer sessions at weekends

I'd also appreciate any advice from any others who are somewhat more seasoned at the RP game :?

Barry Turner from Sub7 does a session on RP most mornings starting at around 6 am (local time for West Midlands!). He's often joined by Darin Dodd.
Too early for me though!
