I'm going to have another go at the March Challenge series tonight.
My first attempt was 4325m and I'm going to try for an improvement to nearer 4400 - that's just over 1:51 pace (erk!). If anyone is up for a Rowpro session, I'll set one up but I always row around 5:45~6:15 just after work. I can stretch this by 15 minutes either way.
The main reason for this is, I think (and I stress - think) I can maybe do 5k at this pace (downhill, with a following wind, on a good day etc) which would be a new PB by around 10 seconds - and if I can't manage 16:19 then 5k is out of the question.
I'm happy to have a go on my own so no probs if no-one is available but I'll not set up the rowpro session.
