There's a slim chance that I could make that one Jason. I'm working first thing but it should be really quick. Getting home and on the erg for 9:45 BST is going to be pushing it though. Don't leave early just in case

Re: 2 Sessions for any early rises.
I am going to be very quiet on this thread for 2 weeks as the kids are off school for 2 weeks. So no more early rowing.
I will just have to do my rowing when i can fit it in.

Re: 2 Sessions for any early rises.
Thanks Jas' .
I work lates and earlies (alternate weeks) so next week I'm erging at 3pm - 4pm 'ish .
Maybe the week after? Thought about having a 6k race where you give me ,say , 800mts start and then track me down.
I need some pushing at the moment. Whadda think?

Handicap style.I will work out the difference in our PB times for the 6k ,and give you a proper head start.
EDIT: Just looked at our PB times,i will give you a 4min head start and set the splits for 4min.(that way if i get a PB i can still claim it)

Re: 2 Sessions for any early rises.
Why don't you just set up a session yourself? There are usually plenty of takers most mornings. Unfortunately Thursdays are almost always no good for me. Work, eh?!whizzer wrote:Any chance of a Thursday morning w/out Jason. About 9.30 - 10 'ish would be good. 40 mins or so?

Gary.
You can do it either via the RowPro program itself: Control Center>>Oarbits>>Session Studio or here http://www.digitalrowing.com/Oarbits/Schedule.htm and "Add New Session" in any web browser.

Only if your 6k is 10min slower than mine.Bangers wrote: Did you say I get a 10 min start this time?
I am only giving Gary exactly 4min so that if i break my PB i can still claim it. (and he is nearly 4min off my 6k time)

Re: 2 Sessions for any early rises.
Jason , how will this session show up on the monitor at the start?
Will we still see the Sit ready - attention - Row commands individually or will it be set up another way?
Thanks .
Gary.

Re: 2 Sessions for any early rises.
The session will run exactly the same as normal Gary. You will set off on "ROW",then Colin and Roger and i will have a can of Beer and watch you race off. When the screen says 4 minutes(just over 1k for you) i will start chasing you down like a mad man.whizzer wrote:Jason , how will this session show up on the monitor at the start?
