There's a slim chance that I could make that one Jason. I'm working first thing but it should be really quick. Getting home and on the erg for 9:45 BST is going to be pushing it though. Don't leave early just in case ;-)

That sounds like a good idea.A good old chase.
Handicap style.I will work out the difference in our PB times for the 6k ,and give you a proper head start.

EDIT: Just looked at our PB times,i will give you a 4min head start and set the splits for 4min.(that way if i get a PB i can still claim it)

Gary.
Why don't you just set up a session yourself? There are usually plenty of takers most mornings. Unfortunately Thursdays are almost always no good for me. Work, eh?!
You can do it either via the RowPro program itself: Control Center>>Oarbits>>Session Studio or here http://www.digitalrowing.com/Oarbits/Schedule.htm and "Add New Session" in any web browser.

Only if your 6k is 10min slower than mine.

I am only giving Gary exactly 4min so that if i break my PB i can still claim it. :D (and he is nearly 4min off my 6k time)

Jason , how will this session show up on the monitor at the start?
Will we still see the Sit ready - attention - Row commands individually or will it be set up another way?
Thanks .
