Rowpro Hour of Power, Sunday Nov 8, 12:00 GMT - COMPLETED
Short notice I am afraid, but looking for a mid-to-long hard session to do tomorrow and this is the only one that fits. It will be another early one for me 6:00 AM local time. 3 registered so far including myself, hope some of you make it.

Thanks for the company Colin Increased my SB from 14472m to 14935m, so very happy with the improvement despite falling short of my planned target of an even 15k. Just lost it mentally at the halfway point and backed off to 2:03 for about 10 minutes, and could not trust my back to do any sprint at the end to make up the time lost. Will definately get it next time. Here is how the session stacked up
Jason Hewitt -- DNF, looks like RP dropped him at halfway - up til that point he was at a 1:45 pace
William Docter 14935@2:00.5R27
Paul Brandon 14900@2:00.8 (could feel him breathing down my neck)
Raun Austin 14355@2:05.4 - SB or PB I think, said his target was 14k and he blew it away
Val Davis 13331m@2:15.0
Colin Bradley 13289m@2:15.5 - recovery row
The 3d screen unfortunately froze when Jason got dropped, but I could still see the splits and relative position of everyone...even that is better than going it completely alone.

Nice row Bill huge improvement on your SB =D> - I spotted the event with 20 minutes to spare, thought about it, then remembered how much my legs hurt from yesterday and thought the better of it.
Well done for putting another stint Colin =D>
