Hey Colin - you're not trying to get Stan to row this for you are you?

Are we likely to be on for tomorrow?

Some of us have training to do Colin
Frankly the last thing you need is me rowing this for you. I doubt I can break 42 minutes at the moment.

Had a look at the splits. They defaulted to 500m - does anyone know how to change the split on a rowpro race you have joined?

There's a load so sorry in advance:

1:59.1
1:58.5
1:58.4
1:58.0
1:57.8
1:58.0
1:57.9
1:57.8
1:57.9
1:58.0
1:58.0
1:58.1 (wobble has started)
1:58.3
1:58.3
2.01.6 (back of or HD?, back off or HD? - decided to back off)
2:02.1
2:00.5
2:06.8 (Paddling now to get heart rate down)
1:59.8 (last push as less than 1k to go)
1:54.5 (hurt, really hurt)

Looks like 7k is about my limit at any competitive pace then all the wheels fall off

I honestly thought Colin was just cruising alongside me and was going to push on hard in the last 3k. I really wanted to push along with him but just sank - sorry Colin, I reckon you could have gone faster with a closer race

No Plummy I cracked at 6k first but managed to hold 2:00 for a time to recover a little, your wobble as you put it helped me loads for the next 2k but I to was well spent only able to produce a very small increase in pace for the last 500m
PS you can change the splits in session set up after you click into online on the right hand side before you go through to the start area.
