I'll join you, but I'm doing recovery pace since my 4x2k was only 10 hours ago.

The rowpro server was suffering today and the SR had to be abandoned because of inability to start it. Fortunately the QR Colin set up went without a hitch
Will Haskell 37:58.6 @1:53.9
Steve Paddock 38:56.22 @ 1:56.8
Colin Bradley 39:58.9 @ 1:59.9
Paul Lancaster 40:11.4 @ 2:00.6
Paul Brandon 40:56 @ 2:02.8
William Docter 43:07.7 @ 2:09.4
As planned I behaved myself and stuck to the recovery work, had to really fight the urge to try to give chase. Good session all

Lancs on the march once more
He's the current 35-39 LWT BIRC champion but has hardly rowed at all since last year's event.
It'll be interesting to see how quickly he improves. I suspect very quickly indeed.
Since he's a mate and work colleague of mine, and since he's given me loads of grief about how slow I am, it's going to be my mission to try and stay ahead of him for as long as possible. As he's a 6:26 2k rower, that could be quite an ask
