Sorry chaps, picked up a groin strain on the first few strokes, was getting worse so pulled up :oops: What a big girls blowse #-o

sorry to hear that Dave thats one reason why I tend to start off slow always afraid of pulling something it got a bit lonley after you stopped i was all on my own I was so looking forward to that sprint to the line hope your fit soon nothing to bad I hope

Thanks Colin, had a bit of a paddle after and I don't think it's anything much, will take it easy for a day or 2.

Soory to hear that Dave.And well done Colin. =D>
More gremlins for me yesterday in the virtual river. :x :x :x I set off a was pulling 1:41 for the first 3k and was about 50m infront when Greg and David shot past me even though i was still pulling 1:42s :o .When i looked at my laptop my man wasent rowing and the pm3 had frozen.
The pm3 was stuck on 1265m and said KEEP ROWING,but when i pulled the handle nothing was happening. :?
Lesson learned,next time i will make more of an effort to be there live.I probably would have won my event looking at the times. #-o

Jason thats really bad luck if that had happened to me yesterday I may well of finished up throwing the erg or myself out the window to go through all that effort it beggers belief for it to happen so late in the row. Anyway put it behind you looking forward to your next atempt
