Just getting back after doing very little for the last couple of months due to a multiple of reasons, will give this a go to get used to sitting in the saddle again for a reasonable length of time. Anything close to 42 mins will be a relief for me

Thanks pal, it did me the world of good.

Great fun, I'd forgotten what a great motivater row pro is. Just what I needed. 41:45 was about all I could manage but I hope to make some gains by the end of the month.
