If you save (for instance) the one I posted on your pc, then go into rowpro--> control center-->rowing log-->import-->rowfile, then navigate to the location of the saved file, you can then save it to your rowing log, it will say something like "different name so saved as competitor".

Now if you go to session setup, select 2000m and click on one of the lanes, click on competitor and you can choose the file you saved to race against.

If you change the "me live" lane to a past row you can sit back and watch a replay.

Hope this makes sense, but not sure if it does :oops:
