Hi dave, I have just registered so will "see" you later.
for the sake of a couple of seconds I don't think it's worth busting a blood vessel over, so I'll be taking a relatively conservative 2k +2 approach. Well, at least for the 1st 2k

Thomas, if you fly and die you probably won't be the only one as I'm going through a spate of them currently. Did a 10k on RP last night and totally blew. Hope to see you later.

There's only 1 version that works now isn't there? It's been so long since I upgraded I don't remember the version (and I'm at work so can't check my RP pc).
 Bill posted a thread on it here somewhere, just do a search.

You had me worried then Jason when I saw your name as having just written to the forum. I thought you were going to be taking part! Looking at the Challenge 2 Series site I can see you've already done 8:18  The first time I tried it I did a 8:31 and almost died. Probably going to go 1:40 - 1:41 for as long as poss. and then just hold on!! Anything close to 8:20 then I'll be pleased.

There was pain and unfortunately Jason has still gone faster  I've got one last chance tomorrow to have another go - I'm just hoping the memory has faded a lot by then and I'll have another go!

It was fun, and I was in the lead after three strokes (isn't that a feature of RowPro though - it has to catch up with the others)...

It was my first row for two weeks and a fun way to get back on the wagon.

It was galling to see Wolfie heading off in to the Sun though. I will be back Steve. I *will* be back.

Bring it on Science Boy =P~
We both know you "only" have to get fitter again before it's me trailing in your wake.
Evesham should give you plenty of time I reckon, unless you want to see how things are at the Poole 5k end of March
