I haven't got round to usung Rowpro yet. (Just downloaded the software for 20 day trial today) Question, because I'm not intending to join your HM, do you have to join a session to see it or can you be a spectator?

I don't think spectating is possible, but there is nothing stopping you entering and either sitting at the start line, or just paddling along for a bit. If you set it on the 3d view you can set the camera like a broadcast event it moves between competitors so you would see us then.

Congratulations both of you, great performances. Den, why cant you be more like Dave - he knows his place - I am not accepting that excuse - it was obviously designed to irritate me (serves me right for giving you a target though) I guess I will be watching you take out all my other times over the next couple of months .

Nice work, guys. I can't even think about 60 minutes right now. Stan, I think the ball is in your court now.

Errr yes, thanks for pointing that out Kirby . While I do not believe I have achieved my full potential yet, so I will take my pbs lower, Den is just starting out, whereas I am now 4 years in. Den will undoubtedly move further ahead - providing of course he keeps this up and is prepared to work hard and undergo lots and lots and lots of pain
