It was fun. Me and Jef Hutchby were really pushing each other and we both PB's. Ernie stayed with me for the first 5k and that helped as well and then he dropped back and watched the show.

My plan was to get sub-38 tonight with a 1:54 pace and Jef was planning for 1:52.5. By the half way point was feeling very strong and started winding it up to real Jef back in. the splits
dist pace SR
2000m 1:54.0 27
2000m 1:53.7 28
2000m 1:52.9 29
2000m 1:52.6 29
2000m 1:50.1 32

Average of 1:52.7 SR 29 for a 37:33.3, an improvement of almost 40 seconds. :D Jef kept winding his pace up too to keep his lead on me and finished with a PB as well of 37:22.5 for 1:52.1. Both very happy with that. Now to updatethe nonathlon and my pace targets =P~

Fantastic PB Bill, that is a massive improvement and as Kirby says in line with your 5k and 30 mins PBs, nothing soft about any of these =D>
