I have set up a 10k on Rowpro for 18:30 GMT/19:30 BST . I had a lifting session this morning and am planning to do the 10k as a steady session, but plans always seem to take some turn on these things so I make no guarantees.
As usual, all are welcome and the more the better. [-o<

Session was good. In attendence were myself, Andrew Mudge (who left us all in the dust, but then lost the connection, so I don't know exactly how his sesssion ended), Frank Knight, and Wilbert de Jong.
Andrew ???
Wilbert 37:52.1
Frank 39.17.6
Bill 39.31.4
I went out way too fast (1:55 ) given I had already done a 1 hour lifting session in the morning, was running around with my kids in the afternoon, and it was hotter than its been in a while (I know...excuses excuses ) -- by 5k in I was paying the price and blew up to 2:00-2:03 for the rest.
It was a real boost having the others there -- I would have handled down for sure without them Even though my time did not meet my expectation, it was still a solid workout and moving things in the right direction.
