Rowpro 10k May 13 17:45 GMT -- completed
There are 4 registered including myself at present, so looks to be a good size group - as always the more the merrier. Pete has said he will try to make it as well. This one is on the standard rowpro, not the beta.

Re: Rowpro 10k tonight ( 17:45 GMT )
I've put myself in as my motivation has flatlined completely and maybe this will kick start something. I'll probably cock up the login/start anyway
I'll be the skinny one right at the back of the pack

I hope you all have a great Race-watch that skinny fella at the back
I'll have me own Rowamateur tomorrow to see what sort of 10k time I can post.

Your 10k Pb is about a minute faster than mine Plummy, so I don't think it will be you bringing up the rear. See ya soon

Re: Rowpro 10k tonight ( 17:45 GMT )
Had problems getting started, had to jump out and start it as a quick race.
Pete -- 35:32.4
Sam White -- 36:34.0
Andy Burrows -- 36:40.3
Chris Adams -- 38:40.8
Plummy -- 38:45.8 -- he sounded happy afterwords
and 38:50.9 for me -- still in last but still a PB (in fact got 30' PB on the way ). Still had too much sprint left in the end
IMHO it was a great session, but I am admitedly biased Unfortunately it looks like we lost Jef and Ernie part way through or at the start....

I sounded happy as my form has been terrible lately and I was going to handle down at 30 minutes as I was suffering. Also, because of Rowpro, I stuck at it and completed the distance - AND because I wanted the Nonathlon points.
It was quite a close race - at the back of the field. The guys at the front ended up about 700m ahead of me - I can barely see that far

Congratulations Bill - you are going to do some serious damage to your 1 hour and HM records next time you do them. Your next 2k is going to be well under 7 minutes as well. Glad to hear your back in form Plummy although I was not aware you were off form!

Well done on the PB Bill =D>
Glad that you are feeling more on form Plummy, though I echo what Stan said-didn't know you were off form
