Did a slow and steady 13500m today as a base builder and more importantly to hit 4 million lifetime meters exactly

Paul - given how long ago you achieved 34 million I'm pretty convinced you are very considerably closer to 35 million than I am (around 3.7% of the way I think)

Illness, injury and apathy made the 11 - 12 million leg of the journey challenging but I made it and am feeling - mostly - better.

Strained my back doing some heavy kettlebell work but hoping I can give the CTC a decent shot before months end - in 2 days!
