Went on to the Forum and thought I had gone to the wrong site. Wow what a change!! 7 million life time metres last week. Like some of you still waiting for the 5million medal. Perhaps they are a bit rarer than the other ones??

There's a medal? I got a shirt at 5mill and I think a pin too. Is the pin "the medal"?

Bob, us Brits are not worthy. We don't win tee shirts, pins, mugs etc. All we get is a medal (eventually!!). Any way, we don't it for that do we. A pat on the back from a fellow free spirit is reward enough

Cheers

Sorry to hear that they don't reliably distribute that stuff to you guys.

I like the million meter glasses (for some reason I like glass). It might be a subconscious rebellion against plastic (a theory). I'm not so enthusiastic about the shirts, pins and certificates. Maybe if they were made of glass!! I need help.

Anyway, I just hit 10mill so no glass this time :(

I have to get to 11mill to get back on track!
Kind Regards,
Abobnoble Rowman

Bob,

The 10 million meter sweatshirts are really great.
Peter wore his to cheer me on in Tornoto and in Boston. 8)
My sweatshirt is too big for me.

I agree with the glass theory. We keep on collecting them and really use them.

Hi Bob, dare I suggest you order a Medium sweatshirt, then send it to JR when she passes her 10M shortly?
Problem solved

Just reached my modest 4 million lifetime today (well, I've probably done another million more, but they weren't recorded on the C2 log, so I can't count them)

I e-mailed Phil Gadd at Concept 2 UK on 21/2/08 (just checked). He mailed me back the next day to confirm my post code and hey presto - 2 weeks later ta-da - something else to polish at the weekend!!

staggered past the 2 million metre mark yesterday

Haven't really been in the mood for the gym this last week, partly because I have to go evenings at the moment, which I don't like at all
