Of course you can mention us. In fact, we should have a piece on it on here too. Can you try to get a couple of digital photos of you and the cup, and maybe smiling gym instructors congratulating you. Could even be used in Thomas's latest video epic - "Why I Row" Oh, and WELL DONE!!!!

Well done JR :!:

In order to put your achievement into the proper context you can set it againstme obtaining member of the month early last year for rowing a hlaf marathon.

I got no recognition but was rather impressed with the presentation of three free bottles of water for my effort. Can I still class myself as an amateur? :D

congrats JR.

using the erg in the gym can sometimes make you feel like a social leper!! nice to know that not only are your efforts noticed, they're awarded the praise they deserve.

and well done on the 3 million (you'll probably have it before you read this!!), get another 3 and you might get the award next year as well!!

JR, ask them for a discount.

How about 1% for every pound lost and you'll forget about your fee for the publicity you're giving them! :P

Happy to come and negotiate. If my brand of financial haggling doesn't work, we'll send Gooner up to try his version. 8)
