The PM3 in my gym appears to have developed a slight problem in recording splits.
I set it for a 6K today with splits every 500m. I had the display set to show average pace per 500m and split pace per 500m and the split pace changed every 500m, as expected.
However, the memory only showed 1000m splits. This is the third time this has happened and it seems to happen if I set the PM3 for more than 10 splits. What's peculiar is that I know I have got more than 10 splits to show in memory on previous occasions and this seems to be a very recent development.
Has anyone encountered this before and, if so, is there any way to reset the PM3 so that the memory will show all the splits without aggregating them?

Thanks Peter
At first I thought that was the problem - that it wouldn't accept splits of a certain length.
However, the splits work when I'm rowing; it's only the memory that combines two splits into one. I tried going through the various menus on the PM3 to see if there was a setting that someone had changed, but couldn't find anything.
I remember I did a HM a few months back with 2k splits and I was able to look up the splits afterwards in memory. I tried to do another HM last week and gave up after 14k. When I looked up the memory, all I got was 4k splits.
Curiouser and curiouser....

Firmware
C2 would advise you to upgrade the PM3 firmware to the latest version (currently 97).
Download from C2 site, take laptop along to C2, plug in via USB cable and run it.
We've had a couple of different problems with ours, so I've asked permission to upgrade ours in the gym - only 7 of them to do - sigh!

Thanks Paul
I don't know what's happening with the PM3 in my gym. I did a 60 minutes session on Thursday evening with 5 minute splits.
Afterwards, all 12 splits came up in memory, so it seems that the problem has gone away, for now. If it comes back, I'll download the upgrade and talk to the gym staff about it.
