Just came back from being a patient. Chest pain on Monday. Got worried -->ER & cardiac cath done. All good, no issues at all. What a relief.
A little muscle bridge over an artery might be the culprit.
No erg for 2 days, then I can start again - slowly. And I was just getting ready for the CTC!! I'll have to post some slow time from a longer row. Good to be back. The hospital scales showed 117 kg - have to figure out which one is right.

Agreed - hope all is back to normal very soon. We don't want to lose any Free Spirits prematurely by them keeling over.
Despite all the good hearted banter about pushing each other ever harder we don't want any casualties
Take it easy
