For me, last season ended poorly. I was on track for a million metres but early In April was struck down with a knee problem.
That seems to be easing now and I've tried a couple of rows which seem to have gone well (from the point of view of not causing a reaction in my knee) and so there is hope for the future.
I need 3,027m a day on average to get to a million this year.
Here's hoping that my body holds together.

Re: Rehab and more rehab
Thanks guys, appreciate the support.
The issue is the right knee which has had two ACL revisions to date and as a consequence there are bits of bone and whatever floating around.
The fact that I made it worse by walking the dogs, mowing the lawn and then trying to cycle when it was already saying "enough", I can gloss over!
I'm also trying to lose weight (5:2 diet) which I hope will help as well.
And trying to mix up the exercise, a bit of HIIT, some rowing, some cycling, some rest.

Re: Rehab and more rehab
Did my first 5k of the season at the weekend and although slow, no obvious consequences for my knee.
Big appointment with the surgeon this afternoon who will let me know whether he thinks an op (hopefully minor) is needed.
