ergzone not downloading workout

i have been using ergzone to record my workout but for some reason tonight's workout has not uploaded to the online logbook, any ideas if there is way to sort it, cheers.

it's ok it seems to have sorted itself out now

I am an ergzone fan and find that I get quite quick responses from their facebook page, either from the creators or from fellow users.

i got it sorted ,never had a problem before it suddenly appeared after a couple of hours.
