Finished final event, 10k. Went better than expected. Did without a warm up on a lower DF than normal to protect my back a bit. Worked better than expected. Intended to hold 2:07, actually:

102.4% on meta-nonathlon (although based on 1hr as this was quicker than the standalone 10k I had done 7 weeks earlier, so room for improvement). Targetted sub 42 after a good start.
55 year old Lwt (in ability and in weight) trying to develop a technique that doesn't cause hysterics and continue to row regularly.

Completed today with 40:47.6 10k. New PB.
Irregular socially competitive rower. (b. 1966) Always hated erging. Started again for excersise in lockdown.
