Well done to everyone who completed this, I don't like (semi-)sprinty intervals very much!

Decided to have a go yesterday to float our 5th boat, thought I shouldn't overdo it and targeted 1:59 pace. So I was quite pleased when I finished with 1:58.4 overall, and was ready to enter my time for the 4x1k/4'r...

Then I noticed that you're supposed to enter a distance  and realised that I should have rowed 4x4'/4'r  :x

I was very tempted to just enter 4000m (after all I had completed that within the 4 4' pieces), but decided to wait and see what happened today. Fortunately I was up for another go at this, and this time I did the correct session, finishing slightly faster (4065m or 1:58.1 pace).

Must say I'm quite pleased that it's all over now
