Happy birthday Fred! Just one more year and you can rock a whole new age group!

Let's see what will happen in that age group, but for now I'll do my best in this one.
Treated myself on a sports massage this afternoon,which was very enjoyable after the holiday challenge meters and the gym workouts the last weeks.
