Fitness Matters has chosen, as they call it, a simple straightforward 2K. Straightforward? Ok. Simple? Never...
It coincides with hte IRL of february, so participators in both can kill two birds with one stone.

Re: February 19 CTC - 2k
Thanks for the notification, Fred - yes, a 2k is not simple at all
Well, another notification. With the recent and very sad loss of Anne Yates there is a wish for a memorial row or rather challenge in memoriam It´s not clear yet if it will be in February or maybe later - Dougie seems to be on the case...

Re: February 19 CTC - 2k
John Steventon has announced his change of plan for the February CTC on Facebook:
"We invite you to row 2801m (28th Jan). A rate cap of 19 can be used to make the full date of 28/01/19.
However, as Anne loved a race, feel free to go all out. I know I will.
Please remember that the 14th of February will change to remember Carole McNally."
A very honourable gesture from Fitness Matters - probably most ctc fans will agree on that and hopefully play an active part as well.
