Yes, I hope so too, no entry yet.
And Morten with a mere 5049 (with all respect) also not what we're used to...

Peter is hunting meters and sprinting up the meter board with ca 300k for the VTC Image but I am sure he will see the reminder (if needed) ;-)

Morten participated in the European Championships last weekend (with a great 3rd spot in his class ImageImage), so I guess he is careful as this month’s challenge is a tough one and Norwegian Championship coming up.

It is a tough challenge this month. I know as I had a third go yesterday to keep Max and Felton from even thinking of having another go Image and after all they should rather focus om getting an IRL score!!!

Morning Steve,

thanks for asking, I'm fine and busy meter munching and getting ready for the Starnberg 30 min race on February 9th. I really don't like stroke rate restricted sessions so I left it to the last minute which was last night. Absolutely no idea how to pace this one so started out at a pace I felt comfortable with and then would listen to my body and speed up if possible. This is how it went:

The start was a bit tough but once I got used to the low stroke rate things got better.

It looks like your mechanics and good fitness have won Steve, congratulations! =D>

Tako, Your plan has worked! I was wondering if I could find c20m but no chance now. Great rowing =D> =D> =D>.

Sorry TakoImage

Had a kind of existential crisis halfway through this where I struggled to understand the meaning of life but at least it took my mind off the pain of this row. Very tough

Felton, you should have done the IRL first!!
Now you force me to give this one another go tonight, or wait, maybe not....

Congrats on a great effort!!
