thanks for asking, I'm fine and busy meter munching and getting ready for the Starnberg 30 min race on February 9th. I really don't like stroke rate restricted sessions so I left it to the last minute which was last night. Absolutely no idea how to pace this one so started out at a pace I felt comfortable with and then would listen to my body and speed up if possible. This is how it went:
