Thats really a great title - not something usual, so we could publish it for the other ctc-folks on the c2 site and Facebook ?

Yes - I'll give Joe a period to see my message, but I'll post it on the CTC Facebook page during the course of tomorrow if nothing comes back from the man himself.

I am sure Gillian would have appreciated this title and the challenge particularly as I will find it very difficult.

It's live on the Facebook group, so now is the time to get encouraging any lurking Free Spirits to participate :D

I readily admit to being talentless in this respect, but with the agreement and input of Roger and Gillian would there be any value in putting up posters (along the lines attached) for this - I know I and some others row in gyms?

I have no problem if people want to do this in their local gyms. It would be good advertising for the team as well.
You may want to look at the wording though:
Rep 1 says "her year of year of birth!" - maybe just "year of her birth"
Rep 2 could maybe have "22nd June" added in parenthesis after the word birthday as 2206 isn't completely clear that it's a date. Maybe overkill..but...
For 3 & 4 there needs to be some clarification that after introducing indoor rowing and our team - Gillian is not only a long time member and competitor for Free Spirits indoor rowing but the distances were/are for world records she held/holds in another of her favourite sports...
60 yrs old, 76kg, 5' 10"
43Mm metres rowed. Re-setting the bar much lower now. Getting too old for this malarky

Thanks Plummy. Certainly a healthy chunk of copy editing would be beneficial #-o
