especially when you did it a 2nd time...i guess the wheather is in GB or US or perhaps in the most other countries also so wonderfull sommerly ? Perhaps a 2nd go...i dont know...but keep on erging ! :D

ok...im sorry...this is not a wonderfull summer...too hot and too much forest fires...and no rain ! But i thought today i should try a 2nd go...i am satisfied with the improvement of about 6s...

Given the cooler weather, a last throw of the dice.

Expected to hd somewhere around the end of 777m as I went faster than had intended, but clung on through the last three to finish bang on 11 minutes. Image

That's a great effort there Mr Bee. I've moved on to other things so won't be trying this one again. I guess we start the whole shebang again in a few days with the 6 x 1 min!

I finally did squeeze a 2nd go in yesterday.
On track for 1:46 target until the final 666, when I hd'd twice in the final 300 (need to toughen up)
Just managed to improve and sneak ahead of Jason's restricted rate effort.
On reflection, rather tough, but a very good training session.
