More of a slow shuffle. There's no immediate risk of me gaining 7 points though (5km and FM are potentially soft ).

A point each week is not a shuffle Ian! I know your game.

Re: Meta-nonathlon 2018-2019
I noticed Lee Cantey has a request pending in the nonathlon thread to get on the Free Spirits filter list. For the time being, I added Lee manually to this meta-exercise here.

Re: Meta-nonathlon 2018-2019
Two point increase for me thanks to the time I set as part of IRL.
Thanks for doing this for us Rodger. If it takes you a lot of time it would be fine for me to have this every 2 or even 4 weeks. I really appreciate you churning this out for us all.

Re: Meta-nonathlon 2018-2019
Cheers Jon,
I noticed there has not been much movement in this table lately. But updating this on the same day every week makes it simpler for me to remember, especially these days when I'm not rowing myself.

If I have a spare three hours in the next month, there might be a couple of points available

Still tracking each other nicely Ian. There is a mental/competitive thread connecting us. I just did an SB hour-of-power though

Re: Meta-nonathlon 2018-2019
Bah Humbug! 32 meters added to my 30 min PB, that's 0.5s pace quicker and worth 4 nonathlon points but a big fat zero on the Meta board due to rounding . But well done to Jon and Ian who are disappearing over the horizon .

Thanks Max - and serious to Jon: your hour has put clear daylight between your and I (in spite of my 5km and FM mprovements).

Re: Meta-nonathlon 2018-2019
Wow. I hadn't expected the 60 min row to make such a difference. It's also the closest to a PB so far this year. Sometimes things just click on a row don;t they. This was one of those times I guess.
I am in so much trouble for these scores next season though, so I will enjoy it while it lasts. I suspect I will be in even more trouble given I have invested in a fancy bike erg and Zwift software and I am completely addicted. It's a very different experience to the lonely world of the rowing erg. I suspect my rowing scores will suffer badly though
Once again, many thanks Rodger

That's OK Jon, us "steady away/regular 900+" guys will be made very happy next season when you "flash in the pan" guys come crashing down
